OPTIMUM CLIMATIC CONDITIONS

The glazed metal door allows samples to be observed without affecting the humidity and temperature values inside the chamber.

Given the low and high test temperatures, insulation is of great importance for the efficiency of the unit; insulation of MTK Test Chambers is provided by injected high-density polyurethane.

Humidity is generated by a humidity generator and measured by a humidity sensor inside the chamber, ensuring highly precise humidity measurement. Temperature is controlled by PID, while humidification and cooling are controlled by a proportional control system.

In addition to the fault diagnosis system, an adjustable safety thermostat is provided for the heating circuit.

Powerful fan-assisted air circulation ensures stability with excellent temperature and humidity uniformity, even at low temperatures.

Fast recovery time after the door has been opened and closed.

Suitable materials have been selected for the construction of the unit to provide the highest level of durability, quality and reliability.

The chamber is made of 304 Stainless Steel, and the outer casing is made of epoxy-painted galvanised steel so as not to be affected by high humidity.

ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEM

MTK Series Test Chambers are equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system.

The user panel of the unit features a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).

MTK Series Test Chambers can be connected to a computer via an optional RS 232 connection.

Manufactured in compliance with TS EN 61010-1 (Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use).

In addition, the refrigerant gas and insulation material used in MTK Series Test Chambers are environmentally friendly and CFC-free.

Program Memory : The unit has memory for 24 programs and 99 program repeats.
