As a data subject, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if your data has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data has been transferred; to request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request the erasure or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that the third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of these actions; and to claim compensation for damage you suffer as a result of the processing of your data in breach of the applicable legislation.

Requests set out in your application regarding any questions or comments concerning your personal data will be finalised within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Depending on the nature of your request, we may respond free of charge. However, if the process incurs an additional cost for the company, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

You may submit your application regarding the processing of your personal data through the channels specified on the “Personal Data Protection” page of the Santech website, provided that you comply with the requirements of Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
