SANTECH UV PCR (polymerase chain reaction) Workstations are airborne-particle protection devices that protect molecular reagents, mixtures or other samples that must remain sterile from contamination during analysis preparation work.

SANTECH HEPA PCR Workstations are product-protection devices that, by means of a HEPA filter, operate on the same principles as laminar air flow (LAF) cabinets.

SANTECH HEPA/UV PCR Workstations operate on the principle that all of the air in the cabinet is filtered through a HEPA filter and exhausted from the cabinet without being recirculated. Air movement and direction inside the cabinet are provided by a fan motor.

ADVANCED SYSTEM

HEPA filters can be replaced easily and quickly.

The easily accessible control system is located outside the contaminated area.

Cleaning the inside of the glass sash requires no extra effort or time.

The automatic sash opens fully and stays in place for easy cleaning.

The frameless front sash maximises the field of view. Both its front and rear faces are easily accessible for cleaning. The sash is made of 6 mm tempered shatterproof glass. There is no permanent abrasion/etching on the glass.

All operations are performed automatically, so no adjustment is required by the user.

Apart from the fan motor and filters, all components are located outside the contaminated air zones to facilitate servicing without the need to decontaminate the cabinet.

The unit is supplied complete with its original standard accessories and the specific tools required for servicing. Any spare parts and accessories needed to extend the unit’s functions and for use during testing are also supplied with the unit free of charge.

The cabinet is designed to optimise user comfort, reduce glare and maximise access to the work area. Its design also ensures that the air at the front intake grilles is not obstructed by personnel during operation.
