MKF Series Ash Furnaces (Side Loading)

POWERFUL AND UNIQUE DESIGN MKF series furnaces offer outstanding temperature distribution and rapid heating thanks to their firebrick chamber. They feature a safer design with air-gap insulation that minimises the outer surface temperature. With an ideal design for various applications in quality control and R&D laboratories, they are comfortable and intuitive to use. A chimney is provided to exhaust any fumes generated during operation.

ADVANCED SYSTEM

Thanks to the programmable PID microprocessor control system, set temperature values can be stored in memory.

The door opens easily sideways or upwards, and a safety interlock cuts off heating when the door is opened.

The control system gives an alarm in the event of temperature sensor failure and stops heating when the temperature exceeds the maximum set temperature.

A Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) (optional touchscreen) shows the temperature.

Data can be monitored via computer using the optional USB, RS 232 or Ethernet connection.
