MHP Series Soxhlet Fat Extraction Units

RELIABLE DESIGN

The body of the unit is finished with electrostatic oven-baked paint.

The unit is supplied with a Soxhlet set consisting of 250 ml and 500 ml flasks, extractors and condensers, connecting elements consisting of clamps and bosshead for securing the assembly to the support rods, and a condenser hose.

The unit operates on 220 volt 50 Hz mains electricity.

The maximum operating temperature of the unit is ~300ºC. The unit has a fully one-piece body, with the heating systems grouped on a single surface.

A perforated insulation plate between the heaters and the body prevents heat transfer.

CONVENIENT OPERATION

The front control panel of the MHP Series Soxhlet unit has a separate control panel for each heating position. Each panel has an illuminated on/off switch, a heat switch and a heating indicator lamp.

Behind the heating positions of the unit, there is an individually designed support rod assembly that ensures the Soxhlet flask, extractor and condenser system is securely held.
